1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elystrix website (https://elystrix.com/) and all services provided by Elystrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the purchase of our leather goods.   • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or backorder option.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD (for US customers) or IDR (for Indonesian customers) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment Timing: Payment is charged to your selected method at the time you place your order (or at the time of pre-order authorization, if applicable). We will not charge your payment method until your order is confirmed and ready for processing.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately at cs@elystrix.com to resolve the issue.

4. Order Process

  • Placing an Order: You may place an order through our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully submitted.
  • Contract Formation: A binding contract between you and Elystrix is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email (not the initial order confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. After this window, orders cannot be canceled, but you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.

5. Complaints & Warranty

  • Submitting Complaints: If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at cs@elystrix.com with your order number and a detailed description of your concern. We will respond to your complaint within 2 business days.
  • Consumer Rights: You retain all statutory consumer rights under the applicable laws of your country (e.g., the right to a refund or replacement for defective or non-conforming goods).
  • Repair, Replacement, or Refund: For defective or non-conforming products, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
