Shipping Policy – Elystrix
1. Shipping Services & Delivery Options
We offer Standard Shipping for all eligible orders, with expedited options available upon request.
Shipping Types
- Standard Shipping: Our default service for all orders, reliable and cost-effective.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for urgent orders (additional fees apply), with faster transit times.
Delivery Regions
We currently ship to the United States and Indonesia, with limited international shipping to select countries. We are unable to deliver to the following regions:
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses (US)
- Remote islands or restricted areas in Indonesia
- Countries under international trade sanctions
2. Shipping Costs
- US Orders:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $210.
- Flat rate of $12.99 for orders under $210.
- Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $24.99 (2–3 business days delivery).
- Indonesia Orders:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over IDR 3,000,000.
- Flat rate of IDR 45,000 for orders under IDR 3,000,000.
- International Orders (Select Countries):
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- No free shipping for international orders.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being shipped.
Transit Time
- United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
- Indonesia:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Java/Bali) | 7–10 business days (other islands).
- International Orders:
- 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.
4. Shipping Methods
- US Orders: Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination).
- Indonesia Orders: Shipped via JNE, J&T, or Pos Indonesia.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international carriers.
5. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
- Before Delivery: Elystrix is responsible for all orders until they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and, upon confirmation, issue a full refund or reship your order at no cost.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- After Delivery: Once the package is marked as “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account on our website https://elystrix.com/.
